大侠们,1685-304复位三极管在什么条件下才会击穿损坏。跟PCBA中哪些线路有关系。

就蓝牙上经常使用到的3904,这个做蓝牙的应该知道吧?我是想问什么情况下才会造成损坏。谢谢。

3904 has VCBO=60V, VCEO=40V and VEBO=6V.For a typical design, there cannot be any voltage higher than these limiting values of the transistor.If the problem is really on the transistor itself, I guess the quality of the 3904 you used is not good.Is your 3904 transistor from good brand names (e.g. NXP, On-semi, ...)?
