[SDK/ADK] ADK2.5.1 Download does not start

I tried to download ADK2.5.1.22 coins were deducted from my account but download didn't start.Why?What should I do to get the download?

助理工程师以上级别才能下载呢，努力升级吧，呵呵

When I started the download, my grade is 助理工程师 because I had slightly more than 200 golden coins.In fact, the system deducted 22 coins from me--> making me drop back to 技朮員.I emphasize 22 coins deducted from my account but no download!!!!!!!:'(

So, this is completely the fault of the system, NOT me.I have a serious complain here.
