CSR8645 battery status indicator

Hi! I'm using CSR8645 and would like to enable battery power display. I'm set USR3 and USR9 ps keys and tried different patches but battery always shows as full (100%).Disabling or enabling some patches and playing with variable values in ps key USR3 (0081-0084) makes battery show different values (from 62 to 100%) but it's also static. So would ask for help to make battery percentage dinamicaly changed. I'm tried all the patches I found on forum (1309, 1551 and so on) but they're doesn't work for me. I'm using 3.7V battery but not sure voltage is configured properly. Also attaching mine psr dump. Will appreciate any help

我给你传2个文件吧，我做过批量的csr8635的文件，csr8645的是我们买的产品，因为正在做，所以我做的没法给你。
你可以自行参考一下。现在论坛很多大神不在了，很多人都是偶尔上线，所以有问题最好自己搜一下论坛，如果没有的话，在网上找找相关资料吧:)

also i've noticed in patch-1357 description:
// The custom AT command battery level reporting only works if the LBIPM (low
// battery intelligent power management) feature is enabled. If the feature is
// not enabled then the device will always report the full battery level.

Might it be this feature (LBIPM) is disabled on my device? How to enable it?
