可以用串口连电脑与CSR上位机通信，自己要与单片机通信的话，估计要拿到CSR芯片串口的协议、指令才可以

In the datasheets isn't clear, i think that is possible. The text in datasheet is: CSR8645 BGA has one optional standard UART serial interface that provides a simple mechanism for communicating with other serial devices using the RS232 protocol, including for test and debug.

I understand is possible, i'm going to investigate it. I want to send the commands how play/stop via uart.
