CSR8645 Patches A04 - Patch Bundle and ACBU-PATCH-155

Patch to enable SCMS-T with the aptX CODEC on CSR8645 (ACBU-3933), prevent a panic after playing a PowerOff voice prompt when aptX is streaming (B-108777) and correct Audio Sink SDP record when the AAC CODEC is enabled (B-129186).
說明：This ROM patch will enable manufacturers to use SCMS-T with the aptX CODEC on CSR8645.
Prevent a panic after playing a PowerOff voice prompt when aptX is streaming.
Correct Audio Sink SDP record when the AAC CODEC is enabled.
Patch to increase the usable persistent store size on SPI Flash devices by ~600 words. This is done by changing the defragmentation threshold.
When a defragmentation is required, this may increase the boot time by several seconds. The exact time increase will be dependant on the SPI Flash device used and the size of configuration data.

For A03 silicon please ensure PB-110 is used.
Patch bundles are ROM version specific and should not be used on the wrong chip version. Please check the chip version visually on the device, if unsure contact your support contact.
