config tool 3.0.56中，voice prompts 的这种配置 正确吗 ？

CSR8645蓝牙芯片，外部存储器 为 2M的flash。现在要添加voice prompts。
见附图请教：1. 这种配置有问题 吗 ？2. 没有使用EEPROM, 这个选项“spacereserved in EEPROM for headset configuration in KB”还需要配置 吗 ？
