是外挂flash，C:\Program Files (x86)\CSR\BlueSuite 2.6.2,nvscmd indentify命令

用最新版本的bluesuite试试，另外FLASH电压是否对，是否支持。

先确定电压，没有问题。
那就只能换其他品牌的flash, CSR兼容的flash还是很多的。st atmel gd(有些不支持)；所以还是要试料。
