QCC3003做USB升级，升级后比升级前少了很多PSKey的值

QCC3003做USB升级,升级内容只是升级audio_prompts.xuv的部分，升级成功后发现PSKey里USER8-USER32的值都被清空了，这个是怎么回事，附上升级内容如下：
