QCC5171 Antenna Options

Does anyone have any input on using a ceramic chip antenna vs an on-board antenna for this board? Is there a significant difference in reception quality?

I don't have the datasheet - I'm unable to find it anywhere. I believe one may have been posted on here, but I don't have enough coins to download that :P
