CSR6145充电电流设置
下载了配置文件后，接上电源给蓝牙充电，充电电流仅有8mA，这个看起来很不正常，可以做如下设置：
Set the charger current0001
Trim value for the current charger 10
Turn off voltage for charger adjustments0dac
