支持多解码器的idf框架

支持多个蓝牙解码器的esp-idf框架，源码全开源，不使用任何静态库(I HATE any .a/.so libs)。
本质是AOSP的ESP-IDF移植版本。

WillyBilly06 （@billydakidz ）的esp-idf v6.1.0是目前最新最可靠的A2DP混合解码器框架，他发布在：https://github.com/WillyBilly06/LHDC-V5-Decoder/tree/main/esp-idf-v6.1-codecs
