在ADK3.0自带的说明文档
ADK Configuration Tool User Guide中，关于voice prompt的设置有个问题，按照那个设置power on 的语音是出不来的。To Configure an Audio Prompt for the Power On Event
Note : the application with the ADK configuration Tool loaded and initialised with the sink_config_10001v4_stereo PSR file.
1. Navigate using the Tree View control to User Interface/Prompts/Generate.
2. Select Power On from the Event drop down
3. Click on the State Mask cell for the row being configure:
4. Check the Powering On and Connectable and Connectable/Discoverable boxes.
-Note: 原文discoverable mode 没有选上,导致power on 语音不出来。
5.选好语音文件后，其它的按说明文档的设置就好。

同理，Power off 事件对应选 Powering On
Power on + Power off 两条语音占用的memory 为53K
