我们是在珠海的一家耳机工厂，现在客人要与我们一起开发他们订制的产品。有如下技术方面的问题，特请高手们指点。

Bluetooth Questions:


We want to have the APP on iOS and Android and control the function of the Bluetooth headset
using CSR IC 8645 or 8670  or 63225  GAIA API

Our APP will allow the mobile phone user to :
Set Text-to-Speech Language
Play Tone
Toggle Bass Boost Control
Toggle 3D Enhancement Control
etc.



Questions:

What license do we need to get from CSR to use GAIA on e.g.
8645
8670
63225

Do we need to get the MFI license to use the Gaia on iOS or ist the Apple Developer License enough?
What Standard Bluetooth Protocol does GAIA need to work?


How can we get all necessary information, Programs, Documents and Source Code?
