This patch modifies the defragmentation threshold to allow use of the AAC decoder patch with SPI Flash devices. Patch to enable SCMS-T with the aptX CODEC on CSR8645 (ACBU-3933), prevent a panic after playing a PowerOff voice prompt when aptX is streaming (B-108777) and correct Audio Sink SDP record when the AAC CODEC is enabled (B-129186).

說明：

This ROM patch will enable manufacturers to use SCMS-T with the aptX CODEC on CSR8645. Prevent a panic after playing a PowerOff voice prompt when aptX is streaming. Correct Audio Sink SDP record when the AAC CODEC is enabled. Patch to increase the usable persistent store size on SPI Flash devices by ~600 words. This is done by changing the defragmentation threshold. When a defragmentation is required, this may increase the boot time by several seconds.
