csr rom版烧入问题

我现在用的的IC是8645，flash 是4M，看了下烧入说明文档，烧入应该用nvscmd.exe。
    但我现在在doc 下用burn 命令好像不能进行烧入，在帮助文档里看到burn 命令的 如下说明:
  burn <file> [<number>]
        Write the contents of the file to the NVS.

        <file> = The filename of the file to use. If the extension is .PTN,
        the files listed within it have a path relative to its directory (or
        an absolute path) and the second parameter is required. If the
        extension is .XUV, write the contents into the NVS without a partition
        table.

        <number> = The partition index number, or the word ALL to write the
        partition table and the contents of all partitions.

       后缀为.PTN的文件是什么？ 我的格式是这样的  burn demo.psr [4M]， 这样是否有问题？如果错了，我应该怎样进行烧入？

那请问 我的用的是4M的flash，该用什么工具下载呢？下载的文件后缀是是什么？
