Network analyzer is not an easy equipment to use.  You need to have very strong knowledge background of transmission line theory.  Very important is you need to know how to calibrate the port(s) before you do actual measurement.  Otherwise, measurement data is wrong and useless.

Yes, we have network analyzer up to 9GHz.  We have been using network analyzer for 20 years.  I can say few people know the techniques to use network analyzer correctly.
For typical Bluetooth speaker design, most designs use ready made module.  It is not a must to have network analyzer in design.  50 ohm antenna port matching should be done on the module already.  
For the antenna, if you use chip antenna, just follow the design and layout guidelines of the antenna manufacturer will be fine.  If you use printed PIFA antenna on pcb, you better know how to do 3D EM simulation so that you can predict the antenna radiation pattern and gain.

Most chip antennas are ceramic antennas (陶瓷天线).  There are many suppliers like Antenova, ACX, Rainsun, Fractus, ...  Taiwanese brands are normally cheaper and performance is ok.
PIFA is Printed Inverted-F antenna.  The name came from the shape like a F on the PCB.  
I'm not sure what do you mean by 曲流型天线.  I think it is simple PCB antenna in a shape of |_|ˉ|_|ˉ|_|ˉ.  This is not PIFA antenna.  PIFA antenna has better performance than it.
For the past 5 years, we have been using CST Microwave Studio for 3D EM simulation.  It is quite good.  You can even convert the complete PCB layout gerber file to build the 3D structure and add any plastic and metal cabinets to do a more accurate simulation.  If you include more structures, it will take longer time to complete the simulation.

曲流型天线:Meander Line Antennas

I will study "CST Microwave Studio for 3D EM simulation"software.先在网上找个破解版,学习学习。

请教:
目前在蓝牙应用中,我没见到过使用 ceramic antennas的。我手里有一个开发板、两个蓝牙耳机都是用的Meander line antennas。因此,在我司的蓝牙耳机中,我准备用Meander line antennas。

About 7 years ago, we developed a Bluetooth headset and we used ceramic chip antenna.  I think why most designs use Meander Line antennas is because it has lower cost.
Classic meander line antenna has good properties such as, small, low profile, simple and cheap.
These nice features make meander line antenna very popular and usable in many aspect of communication systems such as RFID, Bluetooth and WLAN.
Classic meander line antenna has some disadvantages. They have low efficiency, low bandwidth
and can not operate in multi band frequencies.
So, when you do you design with meander line antenna, you should search for more technical papers to understand the theory.  You must know how to calculate and do the simulation.  Here below is quite a good article for your reference.
