I get this error, what could be a solution to this problem?
I extracted the tool in BlueSuite 3.3.13 and run the tool as admin.
V2.0 does not work, V2.3.1 also not.
USBDBG is discoverded just fine, and can also upload using NVSAPP.

Edit: removing USBDBG drivers and re-installing bluesuite fixed the problem
