GAIA App BAND cofiguration not saved .

Hi all,


As i am using QCC3024. Everything is working fine .But from my GAIA app wherver i change in band GAIN . Its working perfectly till the GAIA app open. once the device is connected with other one that GAIN settings is no more working. Its just reset with Ideal one.


I tried it a lot but cant be able fix it.


Pleasee me when i change in gain using GAIA how to set in the QCC3024. IS that any setting required or any steps requiereed to set the chage done fro GAIA app.

Thanks senior,

As you suggest to debug it. Kindly share the details for how i can do it. Currently i am using QCC3024 for this.
we are changing a few EQ band just for testing purpose but as its not going to stores it. Because i need the solution like whenever  i will change the EQ bands change it will always upgrade in the device and perform accordingly
